He is a dad and wishes to connect to his children through his deep love for music.

BONSAI ASIAN TACOS is a food truck located in Santa Fe, NM. The truck serves delicious, fast, tacos with a Japanese fl air. Capitalizing on the mobility of a food truck allows Bonsai Asian Tacos to target multiple markets throughout the city and interact with consumers on social media to share location, deals, and help to share delicious Japanese tacos.

NEW LOGO

The new logo for BONSAI ASIAN TACOS draws inspiration from Japanese Hanko stamps. The tacos with the rays is also derived from the imagery from the Japanese flag. There are two versions of the logo one that is a positive space version and one negative space version.
